Wayne is an aviator with over 60 years worldwide flying experience and an FAA - Master Pilot award recipient. He successfully ran a family aviation business started by his mother and father who were both highly experienced pilots. Wayne Mansfield is a 3rd generation aviator from a family of aviation entrepreneurs dating back to 1929.  Wayne turned a small family-owned aviation business into an internationally recognized brand. Aviad® has operated for nearly 60 years and is recognized on four continents for its aerial media and promotion programs. A graduate of Boston University, he has traveled (and flown) the world. Wayne has logged over 17,000 hours in 65 different types of aircraft with flight operations in 23 countries. 

Huey has been involved in the human performance improvement field for over 25 years. He's developed comprehensive enterprise systems like cybersecurity training and workforce development for Japan's Mitsubishi Financial Group (MUFG), the 5th largest global bank. Pursuing interests in neuroscience and augmented reality, Huey developed a system supported by artificial intelligence for behavioral tuning of habits to better employee cybersecurity behaviors and work patterns. In the past, he served as a USAF intelligence officer and was responsible for training in aircraft systems, capabilities, and mission planning. Huey holds a master’s degree from Penn State in Instructional Systems.

The NFX Aero pilot experience think tank consists of 50 highly experienced pilots with a broad range of flying expertise ranging from airline captains, aerobatic pilots, to military aviators.  All told, the think tank provides over one million hours combined flight experience to draw upon. This group helps envision new ideas for air mobility, regional air transportation, aircraft performance, pilot performance support, and pilot training. They share their real-world experiences, insights and give advice about what should be done.
