The GA-7 Story
Built With Greatness Inside & Out
The plane has a stellar heritage; the original creators (Grumman/Gulfstream) of the Cougar were known for preeminent aircraft that established the bar in various aviation categories including the F-14 Tomcat fighter (Top Gun – US Navy fighter), Ag-Cat (World renown agricultural plane), and Gulfstream jets (Prestigious, blue-chip corporate planes). Over 100 GA-7 aircraft were produced.
Strong & Light
Composite honeycomb sandwich panel fuselage construction often found in fighter jets
Rugged
47,674-hour wing spar lifespan - Ruggedness that far exceeds the competition
Enhanced Aerodynamics
Bonded wing skin reduces parts and fasteners to maximize airflow, reduce drag, and improve fuel efficiency. Retractable landing gear enhances aerodynamics
Enhanced Safety
Twin engines for redundancy along with plenty of fuel capacity
Short Takeoff and Landing
Take off and land in little over 1000 feet, climb at close to 1200 feet per minute
Long Range
Travel nearly 1000 miles in roomy comfort
